Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit processes
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand manpower planning and talent acquisition strategies
  • Facilitate performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions
  • Implement and enhance HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and help foster a high-performance culture
  • Ensure HR compliance and maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and reports for management review
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR projects and organizational change initiatives
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and resolve day-to-day queries related to HR policies and processes
