HR Advisor- Employee Relations
About the Job
The purpose of this role is to enable a great employee experience and seamless delivery of business HR objectives by supporting HRBPs in delivering value, services, and advisory to BUs
The ideal candidate will:
Perform the following Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
.Project management of the performance management cycle, including Workday testing
.Coordinate employee communication messages as per project timelines
.Track compliance related to 100% Goals submission & timely completion of Talent review calibrations & comp reviews on the tool.
.Keep a record of Under-performers and Initiate PIP discussions with managers and support them throughout the process. Eg: guiding on process steps, documentation, reviewing etc.
Employee Lifecycle
.Conduct skip connects / HR touchpoints (FGDs) only on a need basis
. Verify IJP and rehire eligibility based on internal guidelines
.Advice BUs on standard policies and employee processes like - probation, extension process, leave management, etc
.Coordinate job code creation with C&B team
.Ensure timely tracking and completion of various trainings in coordination with L&TD team and BUs
.Support in query resolution from employees and HRSC
.Perform analysis on Exit interview, surveys and provide insights for improvements to HRLT and COEs
.Coordinate with various stakeholders in HR CoEs and BUs for HR activities and special projects
.Support HRBPs with the HR dashboards on the agreed people metrics to be shared with the BU leaders
HR Systems
.Verify and complete BAU Workday transactions WD transactions - Relocation OYPs, Referral OTPs, employee transfers
.Administering and tracking to completion of Goals and Individual Development Plans
.Lead administration, data hygiene and tracking for engagement surveys and manager action plans
.Support business by routing WD issues to the concerned team for resolution
Employee Relations
.Align all the ER efforts to Compelling Associate Experience.
.Partner with CoEs to craft policies/processes with inputs/learnings coming through various touchpoints
.Independently manage the junior-mid level ER cases in partnership
.Manage investigations and maintain thorough documentation of each case
.Partner with the legal counsel as needed and advise HRBPs on the action recommendations.
.Support the ER leader in ER reporting for India.
What You'll Bring:
.6-10 years of HR generalist experience with exposure to Employee Relations area of work
.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
.Key competencies required -Team player, Detail oriented, Analytical skills, Adaptability, Problem solving, Creative thinking
.Knowledge of HCM tools - WorkDay & ServiceNow (Preferable)
.Advanced MS Powerpoint skills
.Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel and Workday are desirable
.Basic knowledge of lndian labor laws
