Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housing Loan Sales Executive based in Chennai. The Housing Loan Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets for housing loan products. Day-to-day tasks include assessing customer needs, providing clear product information, and assisting clients throughout the loan application process. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless processing and maintaining superior customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful transactions
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and client engagement
- Understanding of housing loan products, financial services, and related processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in financial services or sales roles is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant office and CRM software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable
