ARC Pilates Studio is one of Lucknow's premium boutique Pilates studios, dedicated to delivering an exceptional wellness experience in an elegant and welcoming environment.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people, has excellent communication skills, and takes pride in creating memorable client experiences from the moment someone walks through our doors.

Your Role

As the Front Desk & Client Experience Executive, you will be the first face and voice of ARC.

You will ensure that every client receives a warm, professional and personalised experience while also coordinating the day-to-day operations of the studio.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming members and guests with warmth and professionalism

• Managing appointments and studio schedules

• Responding to phone calls, WhatsApp messages and enquiries

• Assisting prospective clients and guiding them through memberships

• Coordinating with instructors for seamless studio operations

• Processing memberships, payments and maintaining accurate records

• Serving beverages to clients and maintaining our hospitality standards

• Ensuring the reception and client lounge remain immaculate throughout the day

• Supporting the management team with administrative and operational tasks

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has excellent English and Hindi communication skills
• Is organised, punctual and reliable
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Is comfortable using computers and Google Workspace
• Presents themselves professionally
• Has prior customer-facing experience (preferred)
