Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for our Client based in Chennai for a Hospital Marketing Specialist.
The role involves designing and implementing marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare industry to increase patient engagement and hospital visibility.
Daily tasks include conducting referral marketing for Doctors building relationships with healthcare partners, developing promotional campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Collaboration with internal teams to align marketing objectives with hospital goals is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to perform Market Research and implement effective Sales techniques
- Proficiency in creating and executing Marketing Strategies for Hospitals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- 1 to 2 years relevant experience in healthcare marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
