Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Homecare Nurse based in Hyderabad. The Homecare Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in a home setting. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring patient health, managing medication administration, performing wound care, and supporting patients in recovery and chronic condition management. The role will also entail close collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Nursing and expertise in administering medical treatments
- Experience in Home Care and delivering personalized patient care
- Skills in Wound Care and managing the preparation, cleaning, and dressing of wounds
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Formal nursing qualification (e.g., Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing)
- Valid nursing registration and licensing according to local regulations
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to adapt to the needs of individual patients
