Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Homeroom Teacher to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating a positive and engaging learning environment that supports students academic, social, and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver interactive lessons in alignment with the prescribed curriculum.
- Monitor, assess, and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and student-friendly classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and fellow faculty members.
- Participate in school events, activities, and extracurricular programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and classroom activities.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and educational psychology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare effective lesson plans and conduct engaging classroom sessions.
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital teaching tools.
- Good classroom management and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with IB / Cambridge curriculum will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with Category 1 Certification or Cambridge Certification are preferred.
