Description

We are seeking a motivated Home Loan, business loan, lap, loan against property, mortgage Sales professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in Home Loan, business loan, lap, loan against property, mortgage sales and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the home loan process.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers to understand their Home Loan, business loan, lap, loan against property, mortgage needs and provide tailored solutions.
Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, financial institutions, and real estate agents.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Home Loan, business loan, lap, loan against property, mortgage portfolio.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan lifecycle.
Prepare and present loan proposals to clients and discuss terms and conditions.
Resolve any customer queries or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
1-10 years of experience in Home Loan, business loan, lap, loan against property, mortgage sales or financial services.
Strong understanding of home loan products, market trends, and regulations in India.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial analysis and loan processing software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
