Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients at home.
- Monitor patients health conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Handle and monitor medical equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, bathing, diaper changing, and mobility support.
- Educate patients and family members regarding home care procedures.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
