We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Specialist to provide compassionate and professional care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in home care, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in client condition.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-10 years of experience in home care or related field.
- Certification in Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathy and compassion towards clients and their families.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
