Job Description

Support Services

is open to Freshers who are suited for International Voice process. The goal is to get candidates with excellent communication skills in speaking and typing. Additional details as below :

Voice process and Chat Process


The candidates will be required to come to office during training period.

No. of vacancies : 5

Budget :

HCN data fresher - between 15000 to 16000 Gross / 13 k 14 k in hand

JIRA fresher - 15000 to 17000 Gross / 13 k 15 k in hand

with 6 months to 1 year experience

HCN data - 16000 to 17000 Gross / 14 k 15 k in hand

Jira - 17000 to 19000 Gross / 15 k 17 k in hand

Exceptional - for JIRA 20000 to 21000 Gross / 18k 19k in hand

SS Jira team

Rostered working - No Sat / Sun off

Shifts:

10 am to 7 pm - DS

7 pm to 3 Am - LS

1 day a week in DS from office

LS allowance - Rs 150/- per day extra

Sat allowance - Rs 250 any shift (Plus one weekly off in the next week)

Sun allowance - Rs 500 any shift (Plus one weekly off in the next week)

800 Rs internet

Statutory bonus

Bank holiday - 500 Rs per day + 1 comp off

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Saturday and Sun (as per roster) , Bank Holidays ( as per season )

Work Timings : - 10 AM to 7 PM - Day Shift ( Tue WFO , All other days WFH )

7 PM to 3 AM - Late Shift (All days WFH)
Job role:

Will need to work on JIRA tickets raised by clients asking for hotel confirmation numbers.
Will need to work on special requests tickets raised by clients. Ensure special requests are
passed on to the hotel / supplier.
Calling and sending emails to hotels / suppliers to get the client query resolved.

Skills:

Good written and verbal skills as involves email communication with clients and calls to hotel /
suppliers.
