Job Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and various industries.
• Source candidates through non-traditional channels (LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach and the like).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and ensure timely hiring.
• Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm at every candidate touchpoint
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for future hiring needs
• Optimize recruitment strategies for efficiency and effectiveness.
