We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in Pega development and support, combined with a strong understanding of Java and AWS environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end support and maintenance of Pega applications, integrating them with Java-based services and AWS infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 level support for Pega-based applications,
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Pega workflows, case management, and integrations.
- Collaborate with Java developers and AWS engineers to ensure smooth integration and performance.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and support artifacts.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
- Support deployment activities and assist in CI/CD pipeline processes on AWS.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Pega platform (preferably with CSSA certification).
- Strong working knowledge of Java and experience with Java-based integrations.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues in enterprise environments.
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
