Hiring Now: Collections Representative (Inbound / Outbound Contact Center)

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-Time | Rotational Shifts (24x7)

About the Role

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for customer interaction and problem-solving Join our dynamic Contact Center team as a Collections Representative, where you'll play a vital role in helping customers manage their financial commitments while delivering exceptional service.

This is a fast-paced, customer-centric role ideal for individuals who can think on their feet, build rapport quickly, and handle challenging situations with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally
  • Understand customer financial situations through probing (FFQs) and offer tailored repayment solutions
  • Manage and analyze delinquency levels and collection buckets
  • Deliver accurate information about services, resolve customer queries, and handle complaints effectively
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers through clear and empathetic communication
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly; escalate complex cases when required
  • Follow through on commitments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduation (Full-Time) in any discipline
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a customer service or collections role (International call center preferred)
  • Experience with UK market and knowledge of FCA regulations is a strong advantage
