Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive sales of life insurance products.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff to ensure they are well-versed in our product offerings.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure growth in the bancassurance channel.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to bank partners and clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate - In Any Field
  • Proven experience in bancassurance or sales within the insurance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
