Mphasis Service Desk
Eligibility: Any Graduate.
Experience: 1yr into Service Desk, Ticketing experience.
.Proficiency in using request management tools or ticketing systems.
.Attend to service tickets. Log/troubleshoot and provision the solution using customer
provided knowledge base
.Transfer or dispatch to next level of support. Daily communication/interaction via
email/ticket/phone
Excellent communication
Salary : 5.2lpa + Allowance
Shifts: 5Rotational 2days rotational off
