• Role Description:
• Managed complete export operations from customer enquiry to shipment completion.
• Handled quotations, order taking and order processing.
• Prepared Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Shipping Bills and Certificates of Origin.
• Coordinated with customs brokers and shipping lines.
• Managed container booking and shipment scheduling.
• Monitoring shipment status, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• The role includes managing customer inquiries, providing timely updates, handling escalations, and fostering strong client relationships.
• He/She requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and effective communication with stakeholder.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate with Freight forwarding Operations and Customer Service expereince
• Minimum 4 - 8yrs of expereince.
• Candidates should possess strong Operations to handle logistics processes and daily operational activities.
