We are looking for a highly experienced and proactiveManager/Sr. Manager Electronic Devicesto lead the product management and strategic promotion of Trinity TouchsElectronic Timers,Power Supply units, and the broader EC (Electronic Components) range. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, supporting the sales team, and driving market expansion through technical knowledge, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
- Own the full lifecycle ofElectronic Timers,Power Supplies, and EC rangefrom market research and concept development to launch, positioning, and post-launch performance tracking.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and threats.
- Define product roadmap based on customer feedback, technology trends, and business goals.
- Create and maintain technical product documentation, datasheets, and application notes.
Market Intelligence & Research
- Gather, analyze, and present competitive intelligence and industry trends.
- Conduct market research and customer visits to understand product applications, pain points, and new use cases.
Customer Engagement & Support
- Collaborate with customers, system integrators, and OEMs to understand specific project needs and propose suitable product solutions.
- Ensure high levels ofcustomer satisfactionby handling technical feedback and providing after-sales support.
- Coordinate with the product development team to translate customer feedback into product enhancements.
Go-To-Market & Sales Enablement
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the EC product line in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Providetechnical support and product trainingto regional sales teams, dealers, and channel partners.
- Conductproduct awareness workshopsand promotional activities with customers and distributors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with R&D, Sales, Production, and Marketing to ensure alignment in product development and business goals.
- Assist sales teams in technical proposal creation, project specification alignment, and solution presentations.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Strong background inproduct managementwith a focus onindustrial electronic devices, especiallyElectronic Timers and Power Supply units.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with engineers, executives, and clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Experience inNew Product Development (NPD)from concept to market launch is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of automation and control systems, industrial standards, and product compliance will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- B.Tech. / B.E. / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- 10 to 16 years of experience in product management or technical sales of industrial electronic components/devices
