Minimum Qualifications:

2-5 years experience in a customer-facing or sales environment
Exemplary oral and written communications skills in English.
Written skills that lead to clear and concise text based communication.
Ability to understand and implement written direction and communication.
Strong comprehension skills.
Background in a customer focused or problem solving environment
Ability to work independently without direct, onsite supervision
Background in effectively multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
Proficient in working with several computer applications and databases, managing through multiple systems programs and screens simultaneously
Strong customer focus, problem solving and logical skills, and time management skills
Experience in complaint handling and resolution, past experience in Telecom Order Management is an advantage
Ability to prioritize critical items and handle a high volume of work in a timely fashion
Ability to meet and exceed monthly performance targets
Work experience that reflects stability
Must be flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary
Minimum typing speed 35+ WPM
