- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, network devices, workstations, printers, etc.). -Ensure proper connectivity of IT systems of multilocation -Implement software and hardware updates as per company policies. -Provide first-line support for IT issues related to plant operations. Ensure regular data backups and recovery testing. -Monitor server and database performance, ensuring optimal uptime. -Develop and implement IT contingency plans in case of system failure. -Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems. -Document incidents and resolutions using the IT ticketing system. -Maintain firewalls, VPNs, and network security measures. -Enforce IT security policies to prevent unauthorized access. -Support integration of IT systems with production equipment. -Ensure compliance with software licensing and IT policies. -Maintain IT documentation, including asset inventory, configurations, and system changes. -Ensure IT systems comply with company policies and regulatory standards. -Conduct IT training sessions with employees. -Coordinate with IT vendors for procurement and maintenance. -Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades and new technology implementation. -Work closely with corporate IT teams for alignment on standards and policies.
