Should be open to work in Night shifts.
Responsible for dealing with International Clients
Phone-based customer interaction
Excellent communication with International Voice experience

Answering customer calls and providing assistance with inquiries and issues.
Resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues.
Meeting and exceeding customer service expectations.
Own and resolve customer issues efficiently and em-pathetically.
