Working Days: 5 days Working, 2 Weekends (Sat-Sun)

Position Overview:

As a Customer feedback Executive at [Reecocefe], you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and resolving escalated issues and complaints. You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance, guidance, and solutions to ensure their needs are met and their concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service, with expertise in conflict resolution, communication, and relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop Feedback Mechanisms, Design and implement effective methods for collecting customer feedback, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and feedback forms.
Utilize Multiple Channels:, Gather feedback from various channels including emails, social media, phone calls, online reviews, and in-person interactions.
Encourage Participation, Actively encourage customers to provide feedback through various incentives and engagement strategies.
Feedback Database, Maintain an organized and comprehensive database of all customer feedback.
Data Entry and Accuracy, Ensure accurate and timely entry of feedback data into the CRM or feedback management system.
Data Security, Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer data in compliance with data protection regulations.

Desired Candidate:
Respond to customers to acknowledge their feedback and inform them of any actions taken as a result..
Provide regular updates to management on feedback trends and progress of initiatives based on feedback..
Work closely with product development, customer service, marketing, and other teams to ensure feedback is addressed and integrated into business processes.
Recommend and help implement changes based on feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
Track the implementation of feedback-driven changes and assess their impact on customer satisfaction.
Act as the advocate for customers within the organization, ensuring their needs and preferences are considered in decision-making processes.
