Seeking a Salesforce Development Specialist with Experience in Salesforce to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
Job Description:
Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components LWC to enhance user experience and meet business requirements Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce solutions Ensure high quality code by following best practices in development testing and deployment Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications to improve performance and scalability Stay updated with the latest Salesforce platform features and industry trends to continuously improve development processes Integrate Salesforce solutions with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs where applicable Participate in code reviews and contribute to documentation of technical designs and processes
Roles and Responsibilities :
Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce Lightning Web Components LWC within the Salesforce ecosystem Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications Develop scalable maintainable and reusable components adhering to Salesforce development standards Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations Mentor and coach junior developers on Salesforce development best practices and LWC framework Manage deployment activities and ensure smooth transition of code through various environments Work closely with architects and product owners to ensure alignment of solutions with overall enterprise architecture Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning standups and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of features
