Job Description

As a Sales Role in the Genset Industry, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the sales team in promoting and selling Gas genset / diesel generator sets to clients and customers. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, establishing strong customer relationships, and expanding the market presence of the company's products within the industry.

s:Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. Collaborate with senior management to align sales efforts with the overall business goal

s.Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, including setting targets, providing coaching and training, and conducting performance evaluations. Foster a motivated and results-oriented sales tea

m.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders. Understand their needs, address concerns, and provide appropriate solution

s.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging market trends. Utilize this information to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunitie

s.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company's customer base and market shar
