Position Overview
We're seeking driven Healthcare Recruiters to join our team on a commission-based hire model. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who want flexibility, remote work, and unlimited earning potential. You'll be sourcing and placing Registered Nurses (RNs), Allied Health professionals, and Travel Nurses across the U.S.
Work Hours
- Must be available to work in U.S. hours: 7 AM to 4 PM IST (night shift)
- Flexible schedule within this window.
- Approx. 20 hours per week or on saturday and sunday
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and present qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, Allied, Travel Nurses, etc.).
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: outreach, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Build strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and passive sourcing.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and provide updates on progress.
- Collaborate with internal staffing teams to fill urgent openings quickly.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience from start to finish.
Requirements
- Previous recruiting experience preferred (healthcare staffing is a strong plus).
- Strong sourcing skills via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Good knowledge of U.S. healthcare staffing market is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Reliable computer, internet, and phone setup for remote work.
