Role Type
- Equity-Based Role
- Part-time in the initial phase
- No fixed salary until funding or stable revenue
- Equity granted post alignment, legal structuring, and Pvt. Ltd. registration
- 5-year vesting structure
- Remote-first with on-ground hospital involvement as required
Role Title
Healthcare Operations & Management Expert
Role Objective
To design, implement, and optimise
end-to-end healthcare operations and management systems across partner hospitals and healthcare facilities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, quality care delivery, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve hospital operational frameworks
- Optimise OPD, IPD, patient flow, and care coordination
- Build and standardise SOPs, policies, and compliance systems
- Improve coordination between clinical and non-clinical teams
- Implement quality control, operational KPIs, and dashboards
- Support hospitals in cost optimisation and capacity utilisation
- Work closely with hospital management and leadership teams
- Support rollout of NPPD Care models across multiple facilities
- Translate strategic plans into on-ground execution
