Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Headmistress- Junior Branch role located in Noida. The Headmistress will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, curriculum development, educational leadership, communication with staff, students, and parents, and implementing effective pedagogy to enhance learning outcomes.

Please note that candidates residing in national capital region will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Curriculum Development and Educational Leadership skills
• Experience in Education and Pedagogy
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff, students, and parents
• Master&aposs degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
• Experience in handling pre primary/ primary classes.
