to lead our inbound and outbound sales efforts while overseeing digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Inbound and Outbound Sales Management:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality inbound leads.
- Lead and mentor the outbound sales team to achieve targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Leverage market insights to identify sales opportunities and challenges.
2. Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other online channels for lead generation.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
3. International Sales:
- Utilize market research to understand the EU & US market.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market plan tailored for the specific market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
4. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, outlining key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the managment team to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Use market insights to identify new opportunities and refine sales and marketing strategies.
6. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing marketing and sales team.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure targets are met.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing / International Business
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a proven track record in SAAS
sales.
- Experience in selling in International market
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
