Job Description

We are looking for a high-impact Sales Leader who can take ownership of Revenue, Market Expansion, Key Accounts & International Business and build the next phase of growth in the Flexible Packaging Films industry.

If you have a proven track record in BOPP / CPP / PET / Speciality Films, strong CXO-level relationships and the ability to build markets and deliver aggressive growth, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for domestic and international markets.
Drive revenue growth, market expansion and new customer acquisition.
Build and manage strategic accounts across FMCG, Pharma, Food & Beverage, Personal Care and Industrial segments.
Lead pricing strategy, commercial negotiations and margin improvement.
Develop international markets, customers, distributors and strategic business partnerships.
Build strong relationships with CXOs, brand owners and procurement leaders.
Lead, mentor and develop domestic, regional and export sales teams.
Own sales forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management and sales productivity.
Partner closely with Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, R&D and Technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfilment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

18–25 years of overall experience in Sales & Business Development.
7+ years of experience in senior sales leadership.
Strong experience in Flexible Packaging / BOPP / CPP / PET Films / Polymer / Plastics / Speciality Films.
Proven track record in B2B sales, key account management and international business.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and strategic business development skills.
Strong network across FMCG, Pharma, Food & Beverage, Personal Care and Industrial segments.
B.E./B.Tech with MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.
