Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Representative based in Vadodara, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company's services and products effectively. The role requires preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The representative will also work closely with the technical team to ensure client needs are met and will stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Technical understanding of electrical engineering services, including MV/HV assets maintenance, testing, and diagnostics.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific solutions, particularly in power, petrochemical, cement, and chemical sectors.
  • Experience with developing and delivering sales presentations, contract negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales-related software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness for occasional travel for client meetings and site visits within and around Vadodara.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales or business development in the electrical or engineering sectors is a plus.
