A leading luxury home décor brand is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Head of Retail Operations to lead and scale its retail network across locations.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving store performance, customer experience, and operational excellence across multiple EBOs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end retail operations across multiple EBOs

• Drive sales performance, store productivity, and profitability

• Ensure consistent brand experience and VM standards across stores

• Manage and mentor store teams and regional managers

• Oversee inventory, stock management, and SOP implementation

• Collaborate with merchandising and marketing for store performance improvement

• Monitor KPIs such as conversion, ATV, LFL growth, and store efficiency

• Drive expansion, store openings, and operational readiness

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in retail operations within a luxury brand (home décor preferred)

• Strong experience in managing multiple EBOs

• Expertise in team leadership, store operations, and business growth

• Strong understanding of customer experience and luxury retail standards

• Highly execution-driven and business-focused leader

Compensation

CTC: 40–45 LPA (Best-in-class for the right candidate)
