Job Description
- Work with stakeholders (Engineering colleges Management, TPO, HOD's, Deans etc.) throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions and customer relations.
- Create and analyse reports generated from day-to-day operations to drive optimisation, Invoicing, Revenue generation and improvement of product development.
- Responsible for invoicing and collections
- Develop custom reports for weekly, Monthly and quarterly metrics and to coordinate with stakeholders to review and improve.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate would have:
- We're looking for someone with 8+ years of experience handling operations and capability to manage large teams
- Strong appreciation of the educational impact space
- Experience working with and understanding datasets, reports.
- Prior experience in running the invoicing, collections team
- Founder / co-builder mindset
