Salary: ₹80,000 - ₹90,000 (Negotiable)

Role Summary:-

Suneel Auto Comp Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Maintenance to lead our maintenance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operational efficiency, reliability, and longevity of all plant machinery, utilities, and infrastructure, with a strong focus on minimizing downtime and leading a skilled team.

* Experience: Proven track record in Plant Maintenance, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sector.

* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of maintaining Press Machines (hydraulic/mechanical) and various Weld Machines and Robots .

* Core Competencies: Extensive experience in managing Utilities (Compressors, Cooling Towers, STP etc.) and DG sets.

* Leadership: Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, manage, and develop a technical team.
