Job Profile Roles and Responsibilities

The Head - HR will lead the HR function, ensuring the development and implementation of HR strategies

and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The role involves overseeing all the HR activities,

including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, to support the

company's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Act as a strategic partner to the executive team to develop and execute plans that optimise talent

management and organisational performance.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain talent.

• Experience in handling large team sizes of 300+ employees

• Develop onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the company.

• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.

Employee Relations:

• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary procedures.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

• Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and central employment laws and regulations.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Oversee the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.

• Ensure competitive and equitable salary structures.

• Proficient in handling multiple salary structures and incentive schemes.

Learning and Development:

• Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee

skills and career progression.

• Implement leadership development programs to build internal management capabilities.

HR Operations:

• Manage HR metrics and analytics to provide insights into workforce trends and inform

decision- making.

• Oversee HRIS and ensure accurate record-keeping.

• The work will include frequent travel to all the branches of the company

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

(Master's degree preferred).

• A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years experience

in a leadership role in a Technology Sector.

• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

• Proven track record in strategic HR planning and execution.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong ethical standards and integrity and a good communicator.

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

• Proficiency in various HRMS.
