Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Finance, based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The Head of Finance will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and optimizing financial processes to support organizational goals. Additional tasks include generating financial reports for stakeholders, leading the finance team, and contributing to long-term financial strategies to drive company success.

Qualifications

• Mandatory senior-level experience in the Hospitality sector
• Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Proficient in Budgeting and overall Finance management
• Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial data to support decision-making
• Professional certifications such as CA, CS required.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing teams
• Proficiency in financial software and systems
• Effective communication and presentation skills
