Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Head of Digital Marketing located in Delhi. The Head of Digital Marketing will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth. Responsibilities include managing social media marketing campaigns, overseeing lead generation activities, analyzing web analytics to measure and optimize performance, and designing effective digital strategies to enhance the organization's online presence.

Qualifications

  • Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and target audience behaviors.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team including SEO/SEM specialists, content marketers, social media managers, email marketers, and performance analysts.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all channels: paid search, social media, display advertising, retargeting, and affiliate marketing.
  • Oversee organic search strategies, content creation, and optimization to improve rankings and traffic.
  • Manage budgets and campaigns for paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), programmatic, and other media platforms.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau, etc.
