Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international staffing markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and decision-makers
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies for different geographies
- Lead end-to-end business development lifecycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adjust strategies accordingly
- Drive revenue growth through consistent acquisition and account expansion
- Represent the company at industry events, networking meetings, and client presentations
- Prepare periodic sales reports and pipeline forecasts for leadership
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development in the staffing/recruitment industry
- Proven track record of working with international clients and securing large-scale staffing deals
- Deep understanding of global hiring trends, compliance, and workforce models (contract, permanent, RPO, MSP, etc.)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and mentor BD or sales teams (for Head role)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
