Head of Admissions | A reputed University in Uttarakhand

The Head – Admissions is responsible for developing and executing the University's admissions strategy to achieve enrolment targets while ensuring a seamless, transparent, and student-centric admissions process. The role leads the admissions team, oversees outreach and conversion initiatives, strengthens relationships with schools and stakeholders, and leverages data-driven insights to optimize student recruitment across programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual admissions strategies aligned with the University's enrolment goals.

• Drive student recruitment initiatives to achieve programme-wise admission targets.

• Monitor the admissions funnel from inquiry generation to enrolment and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.

• Oversee the end-to-end admissions process, including applications, evaluations, offers, counselling, admissions, and onboarding.

• Identify new markets and partnerships to expand the University's applicant pool.

• Monitor admissions KPIs including inquiries, applications, conversions, yield, enrolment, and source effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: 10–15+ years in admissions, outreach or student recruitment with prior experience in education organizations preferred.
