Job Description

  • Deep lease administration experience (10+ years of experience with reviewing critical dates & dollars, property & tenant setup, renewals, options, key lease clauses)
  • Strong lease accounting background (lease types (NNN, Gross, CAP, Base Year), CAM Recoveries & pools setup, CAM reconciliation & estimates, impact of move-ins & outs)
  • Familiarity with systems like Yardi and data validation processes (Experience with Yardi is required)
  • Experience managing a review team focused on billing/recovery accuracy (experience with high volume of leases per year)
  • Familiarity with Straight-Line Rent (GAAP reporting)
