Job Description

  • Leadership Position requiring Deep Technical Expertise and Strategic Vision
  • Conceptualize, Design & Develop Control Systems-Electromechanical Product Line

Job Description

  • Lead the development of control systems and design of control architecture, including algorithms, PLC Logics, cable/wire routing, control panels, hardware integration, HMI/SCADA integration, etc. while ensuring compliance with global quality and safety standards
  • Merge mechanical, electrical, control systems along with high level software (WCS, WES, FMS) to create cohesive and optimised solutions/products
  • Oversee product development, simulation, digital twin and key project execution, including resource planning and timelines to support business strategy
  • Evaluate, select and integrate different automation components (PLCs, sensors, vision, network hardware etc.) for product development, enhancement and cost optimisation
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Manufacturing, Sales, Aftersales, and other teams
  • Anticipate market trends, customer needs and technological shifts to shape long term product strategy
  • Oversee documentation processes, including SOPs, design reviews, approvals, and product manuals
  • Implement best practices in Agile and other R&D workflows to ensure transparency and traceability
  • Conduct performance reviews for team members and build succession plans with a view to create organisational capability and technical depth in team
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, including ISO and EMS, and oversee quality assurance

The Successful Applicant

  • Leaders with 20+ years of overall experience a Exposure of PLC, Sensors, all types of Plcs and Sensors, along with Product Development of electrical autonomous moving parts/equipment and wiring
  • Strong People Management Background
  • B.E./B. Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Electrical & Electronics/Mechatronics)
