Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Content Writer to lead our content function and drive impactful storytelling across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, creating high-quality content, managing editorial standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen our brand presence and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Write, edit, and review content for websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, product communication, and marketing collateral.
- Lead and mentor the content team to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and business teams to create compelling campaigns.
- Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and follows brand guidelines.
- Research industry trends, customer insights, and competitor content to identify opportunities.
- Maintain editorial calendars and oversee content planning across multiple channels.
- Proofread and edit content to maintain accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Utilize AI tools responsibly to improve content efficiency while maintaining originality and quality.
- Track content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Hands on experience with SEO Writing, Content Strategy, Blog Writing and Copy Writing
- Prior Experience with Fintech, BFSI and Financial Services
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fintech, BFSI, SaaS, or technology company.
- Knowledge of content analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse writing samples across digital platforms.
- Hands on experience with SEO Writing, Content Strategy, Blog Writing and Copy Writing
