HCL Tech- Walk in Interview- KYC & AML Analyst on 4th & 5th Mar 24

Direct Walk-in Drive for Experienced candidates (Minimum 2- 5Years)

Qualifications - Any Graduate

Time:11.00 am to 3 pm

Walk in date - 4th & 5th Mar 24

Venue Location: HCL Technologies Ltd. No 602/3 Elcot Economic Zone, Sholinganallur Village, Medavakkam High Road, Sholinganallur, Chennai - 600119.

Job Description:

  • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet defined SLA.
  • Responsible for meeting productivity matrices and quality standards as per defined quality norms.
  • Training & Self Development.
  • Should be a Team Player.
  • Strong Knowledge of WFM Processes.
  • Exposure to IEX will be an added advantage.
  • Analytical bent of mind.
  • Preparing and Analyzing agent schedules to meet service level requirements.
  • Creating and Maintaining shift profiles and scheduling rules.
  • Performing adhoc activity as needed to support business requirements.
  • Provide end to end analysis to Clients on their SL / Productivity / Adherence.
  • Provide daily/intra-day performance reports to leadership.
  • Continuous engagement and collaboration with other third-party roles as defined by the policy. (i.e., Category Managers)
  • Responsible for effective and compliant management of multiple third-party relationships with low risks.
  • Leverages extensive knowledge of industry laws and regulations along with approved third-party risk management and procurement.
  • policies, standards, processes and controls, technology and tools, etc. to identify, measure, document, mitigate, and manage existing.
  • Emerging risks while diligently monitoring third-party relationship compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Executes the Inherent Risk Questionnaire (IRQ) process to assess risk profiles of third-parties and ensure effective application of appropriate rigor to manage risks through the duration of the relationship.
  • Monitor third-partys ability to deliver against contractual requirements and service level agreements.
  • Reconciles and ensures payment of third-party relationship invoices, purchase orders and spend management.
  • Conduct Due Diligence.
  • Data gathering and deck preparations to include executive summaries.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure completion/satisfaction of D&O completion with stakeholders as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-4 Years of relevant experience.
  • Should be flexible to work in US shift.
  • Strong working experience on MIS & MS Excel
  • Good presentation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Good mathematical, logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude
