Job Description HCC Coder (Senior Coder / QA)

Location: Chennai / Bangalore

We are hiring HCC Coders (Senior Coder & QA) with 1+ year experience in medical coding. Candidates should have a background in Life Sciences/Anatomy with knowledge of ICD-10-CM. Both certified and non-certified coders are welcome.

Responsibilities:

Code HCC charts using ICD-10-CM.
Ensure accuracy, compliance & quality.
Conduct audits & feedback (QA role).
Meet productivity & quality benchmarks.

Requirements:

Graduate in Life Sciences/related field.
Min 1 year HCC coding experience.
Certification preferred (CPC/CRC/COC/CCS), not mandatory.
Strong anatomy/physiology knowledge.
