- Essential retail sales knowledge, such as handling queries, suggesting suitable products, and smooth checkout processes.
- Ability to quickly grasp product knowledge, including new launches, toy specifications, features, and related sales pitches.
- Basic inventory management such as checking stock, updating records, and reporting discrepancies to maintain store availability.
