Guidewire Developer (PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter)

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on development experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC), ClaimCenter (CC)
• Strong expertise in Gosu, PCF, Business Rules, Data Model, Workflows, Batch Processes, and Integrations.
• Experience in REST/SOAP Web Services and Guidewire Integration Framework.
• Strong understanding of P&C Insurance domain.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Guidewire ACE (Associate Certified Engineer) Certification is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications (PC/CC/BC).
• Develop customizations, configurations, integrations, and enhancements using Guidewire best practices.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party applications.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, defect resolution, and production support.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in Guidewire implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and quality standards.

Preferred Skills

• Additional Guidewire certifications (Developer/Specialist).
• Experience in Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
• Exposure to Guidewire upgrade and cloud migration projects.
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE and CI/CD tools.
