Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled
Guidewire BillingCenter Configuration Developer with strong hands-on experience in
BillingCenter configuration, customization, and P&C insurance billing processes. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing billing solutions within the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Guidewire BillingCenter based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain configuration components including:
- PCF screens
- Data model extensions
- Typelists
- Business rules
- Workflows
- Batch processes
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand billing requirements.
- Participate in requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Perform impact analysis and support production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with integration teams for end-to-end billing solution delivery.
- Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities.
Required Skills- Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire BillingCenter configuration.

- Gosu programming
- PCF configuration
- Rules engine
- Data model extensions
- Typelists
- Workflows
- Batch processing
- Strong understanding of Billing lifecycle in P&C Insurance.
- Experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementation or enhancement projects.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
Insurance Domain Skills
- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
- Understanding of:
- Billing & payments
- Invoicing & collections
- Policy administration interaction with billing
- Exposure to North American insurance markets preferred
