Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Associate located in Amritsar. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for addressing guest inquiries and requests, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling payments, and maintaining guest records. The role requires close coordination with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
