Job Description

Position: *Guest Relationship Executive*

Location:Chennai , Calicut

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Guest Handling / Hospitality Experience)

Salary: Up to 25,000 per month

*Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred*

Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach

Handle guest queries, feedback, and concerns efficiently

Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence

Lead, train, and supervise front-desk / client-care team

Prepare duty rosters and manage shift scheduling

Execute guest delight initiatives such as welcome kits and follow-ups

Coordinate with clinical and operations teams for seamless service

Maintain guest records using MS Office and feedback tools

Handle guest escalations with professionalism and empathy

Support management in improving overall guest experience
