Prime Responsibilities:

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly. You will serve as a liaison between the guests and the organization, creating positive interactions and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction and retention.
Information Provision: Provide accurate information about the organization's facilities, services, and policies to guests.
Reservations and Bookings: Assist guests with reservations, bookings, and inquiries regarding availability.
Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from guests to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
VIP Services: Provide personalized services to VIP guests, ensuring their unique needs and preferences are met.
Coordination: Coordinate with various departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
Event Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating special events, conferences, or other guest-related activities.
Documentation: Maintain accurate guest records, including contact information, preferences, and special requests.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to guest service and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a customer service or guest relations role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
Knowledge of multiple languages may be advantageous, depending on the location and clientele.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
