The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service is provided to all guests. This role involves interacting with guests, addressing their needs, and enhancing their overall experience at the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests at all times.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
• Provide information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist in managing guest reservations and check-in/check-out processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• 2-8 years of experience in guest relations or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
• Fluency in English and Kannada; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
